Covid information
Together with those involved in the tourist industry, the province of Vorarlberg has worked out a strategy for the winter season. The aim of the so-called Vorarlberg Winterkodex is to offer all guests a co-ordinated plan for maintaining a reliable standard of health and safety. Everyone should be able to feel safe and protected: whether in hotels, inns, and cable cars or while they are exploring the holiday region.
For the moment we are still avoiding contact such as shaking hands, even if our traditional hospitality remains unchanged!

- Room bookings – conditions of cancellation

In the case of official advice not to travel being in effect, your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 week prior to the planned arrival date. Otherwise our regular conditions of cancellation apply.
Should you be unable to begin your holiday because of contracting Covid or needing to quarantine, your cancellation costs will be covered by the cancellation insurance policy of the Province of Vorarlberg.

No masks are required once you are seated. - Food and drink

Thanks to the size of our restaurant you can continue to enjoy our cuisine as usual. Before serving yourself at the buffet you are requested to sanitise your hands and to respect the social distancing regulations of 1 metre. Only 4 persons may use the breakfast buffet at any one time.
Our buffet adheres strictly to the legal requirements: please only use serving spoons and forks once; disposable gloves are provided.

We have adapted our existing hygiene standards to fit the latest requirements, and have introduced a regular disinfection routine. Hand sanitiser is available to guests at all times.
